NRG Glass Moulds has adopted an Organization, Management, and Control Model in compliance with the law on corporate administrative liability (Legislative Decree 231/2001). Based on this model, NRG Glass Moulds has drafted its own Code of Ethics, a document that encompasses the ethical principles—such as fairness, loyalty, integrity, and transparency—that must guide daily conduct in business and in all aspects of corporate activity, for the proper functioning, reliability, and positive image of the Company.
The Code of Ethics and the Model are intended for all employees, including managers, directors, and shareholders, as well as external collaborators who participate in achieving the Company’s objectives, under its direction and supervision. All these individuals are required to comply with the provisions contained therein, as failure to comply may result in damage to the Company and its image.
